CORE SHOP Inc. ("Core", "we") respects other people's intellectual property and expects the same from members and partners. This page explains how to tell us about a copyright problem on core.shop and what we do about it.
Product content from third parties
core.shop shows and links to product information that comes from third parties. Product and brand names, pictures and trademarks belong to their owners. If you hold rights in something on the Service and believe they are being infringed, use the process below and we will act promptly.
Sending a notice
If you believe material on core.shop infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent with
- your physical or electronic signature, or that of someone authorised to act for the copyright owner,
- which copyrighted work you believe is infringed,
- which material you believe infringes it, with enough detail for us to find it, such as its address on the Service,
- your name, address, telephone number and email address,
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law,
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the owner.

What we do
When we receive a valid notice we remove the material or block access to it and, where appropriate, tell the member who posted it. We may also remove content on our own initiative when we believe we should.
If your content was removed by mistake
You can send a counter-notice to the designated agent with your signature, a description of the removed material and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentified, your contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
Repeat infringers
Where it is warranted, we disable or close the accounts of members or partners who infringe repeatedly.
