CORE SHOP Inc. ("CORE," "we") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and partners to do the same. This policy explains how to notify us of claimed copyright infringement on core.shop and how we respond.

Third-party product content

core.shop displays and links to fashion product information that originates from third parties. Product names, brand names, images, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. If you are a rights holder and believe content on the Service infringes your rights, please use the process below and we will act promptly.

Reporting claimed infringement

If you believe material on core.shop infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it (e.g., the URL);
  4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email);
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Our response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material and, where appropriate, notify the affected user. We may also remove content proactively where we believe it is necessary.

Counter-notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the Designated Agent including: your signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; your contact information; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

Repeat infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users or partners who are repeat infringers.
